Shipping Policy

We have a warehouse in the U.S. and can quickly process orders from U.S. customers.

Handling Time:

Shipping out within 1-2 business days after received your payment.

We will process orders Monday-Friday,9:00 Am - 9:00 Pm EST. Order placed between 9:00 Pm on Friday and weekend are due for processing by the following Monday.

 

Transit Time:

We will update the tracking information to you by email, and you can also track it by yourself with the tracking number provided.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.We are dedicated to making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Normally the delivery time is 7-13 days from the date that it is placed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier, invalid address, or other reasons. If there will be a delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone timely to handle it efficiently. TAX FEE

Customs duties and taxes incurred during transportation are borne by shopk.com.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email (check your spam folder if you can’t find it) to make sure all info is correct. For changes, please contact our customer service.
